After clicking the “Start” button, the availability of money on a bank card will be checked, as well as the first charge off at your tariff. If everything is OK, the scooter will unlock and you can ride! If the scooter does not have a code (electronic) lock, then after you click “Start”, the application will offer to open the lock for 10 seconds. The app unlocks the lock. Wait a second, until the signal reaches the scooter, the lock rod will be released. Push the stem in a consistent motion inward and then immediately onto yourself. Sometimes the cable is twisted so that it does not allow the rod to exit the lock.
If the lock does not open after turning on, contact support, they will open the lock remotely. When the trip is active in the application on the trip screen there is a button “Open lock”. Click on it. After that, the lock will open for 10 seconds
Go to the parking lot, it will be shown in the application’s map in Purple color. Click “Finish the trip” and follow the instructions in the application.
Attach the scooter firmly against the parking rack. Wrap the lock cable around the rack. Insert the rod into the lock. It is important to make sure that the rod clicks.
If the lock does not close, it means you may have just opened the lock in the app. If the lock was not closed, but you clicked to open the lock in the application. Wait a few seconds until the lock closes. Then re-insert the rod into the lock, holding the rod tightly inside the lock. Make sure the lock is closed.
The application will ask you to take a photo of the place where the scooter is parked, how it is attached to the parking rack and a photo confirming that the lock is closed. So we will make sure that the scooter and the lock is in order and the parking is done correctly.
According to our terms and conditions of the service, the lack of photos and incorrect parking (for example, not to an authorized bike parking rack, but to a shop stop pole) is a reason for a fine.
